"The room was very good (we were given an upgrade.) it had tall ceilings , was spacious, modern decor, comfortable bed, a fridge to keep you own water cool, decent air con, a massive bathroom with rainfall shower. The staff also made it possible for us to store luggage for an hour or two after checkout which was helpful. The only points for improvement would be the check in times extended to start at 3pm. "

The reception staff at Hotel Orientale are super friendly and efficient in expediting the check in for Palazzo Bellocchi which is located hop away.
