"Property was nice , well mantained and clean. Staff have attitude always, didn’t want to help too much , restaurant service was the worse of all, they are rude and takes very long for anything you ask. Food was expensive and tasteless , seems they dislike tourists .
The spa is beautiful but be prepared to be with a lot of people around - crowded ."

"Gold Tower was amazing! It was our first time in Italy celebrating our 9 year wedding anniversary and i have nothing bad to say !
It was very clean and staff was always so welcoming and helpful. I’m a breastfeeding mom and although the rooms only had mini fridges , they had no issue properly storing my milk in their freezer during my week stay. The bars, breakfast and restaurant were beautiful and they had great food & awesome drinks . even the DJ played good music.
We did the spa a day before...

"Gross. Peeling headboard. AC did not work well. Room was really small for the price. We stayed in three different hotels in Rome throughout our trip and this one was more expensive but the lowest quality and worst hotel was stayed in."

"Wonderful stay, attentive staff, very clean room.
The spa facilities are very high quality and had a lovely massage.
Good choices for breakfast.
I would certainly recommend staying here, the spa was a particular highlight that is free for guests to use."
