"Lovely family hotel. Found it quiet even though it’s just off the bypass. Hotel has its own taxi service which we found easier to use than go jek etc. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. About 10 minute walk to beach. Plenty of warungs and restaurants close by especially if you leave through the back entrance which is open till 9pm. Rooms clean and spacious with great air con in each bedroom and living room. Staff were great at keeping the grounds looking good and I believe spraying them...

Yet they want you to sign a form that say you are aware of construction noise and agree not to complain. Which did not sign and agree. "It was so peaceful and very relaxing. All the staff were very welcoming and amenable. The property had everything that was needed for the stay, and if we required anything, the staff were very happy to accommodate us. We had the same cleaner throughout our stay - he soon got to learn our quirks!! We loved having our pool, our area, which enhances the relaxation. One of our favorite parts was the bathtub—it’s generously sized, not the usual small type, which made for a relaxing soak. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be back!"

I find the service quality consistent across the different places, a unique experience I have not found with other hotels I stayed. Compared to our first stay at Andaz Bali, my breakfast experience was greatly improved. There was so little waiting time for my orders unlike the first time when it took quite a while waiting time. Good improvement. Will definitely stay again here."
