"We have stayed at this hotel many many times before and find the beds very comfortable and generally the rooms are decent. This time the room was in dire need of an upgrade. It did appear clean but there was a lot of mould in the grout and on the tiles. We also had 2 cars with us and they wanted to charge us $22 for the first car park and $37 for the second. The carpark was half empty. The pool has lots of mould in the tiles and there was a couple of broken ones laying around. We normally find...

Huge shoutout to Faye at the front desk, she is incredibly friendly, very helpful and made check-in a breeze. Staff like her make all the difference! Highly recommend for a relaxing city getaway.
