Nice Beach across rd which has little traffic, Pelicans wondering around ! great to watch the kite Surfers from the balcony which is sheltered from the wind. Pool was great 27 degrees. 3 nice cafe close by and 2 small grocery shops. Our little apartment was perfect for a couple. Tennis court was good and also hire bikes & kayaks were available, couldn't fault this accomodation. Sleepy little town and facility, don't come here if you want a wild night life, every closes before 9pm which suited us.

The location of the Pullman Brisbane Airport could not be more convenient or more easily accessed from the Brisbane Airport Terminals by either talking the walkway from the airport or taking one of the transport options located at the hotel. The Pullman also offers a convenient morning shuttle to the terminal offering a variety of different times for guests. The restaurant at the hotel offers cuisine that is outstanding - whether for entertaining guests or just for breakfast - in a very pleasant atmosphere. The people who work at the Pullman are outstanding. The hotel has earned many awards and certainly deserves them. For outstanding excellence in providing a highly pleasurable and restful pre-and post flight experience it would be difficult to find a better option than that provided by all of the the team and the facilities at the Pullman Brisbane Airport.

Booked a night for an early morning flight. Beds and pillows were outstanding. Check in and out easy. Bar area very small and noone to clean up plates and glasses from at least 2 groups prior. Restaurant service and food was outstanding. I could not get hot water after 5mins, however my partner had no trouble. Walked to domestic terminal (5 mins) for free transfer to international. Every 10 to 15 minutes even on a Sunday morning at 4.30am. The Ibis is attached and they also allow you book things to your room from their bar etc. Great option!

One of the nicer airport hotels but too limited dining. Perhaps at time of booking guests should be cautioned to book reservations asap for meals as we were unable to dine in hotel and were without other options resulting in no suitable food for dinner due to dietary restrictions.

Was very disappointed as the television did not work properly, kept turning itself off and the WiFi was not working which was very inconvenient as couldn’t do flight bookings or retrieve emails my MOB was on charge so was relying on using tablet

Walk from the plane into this hotel is so simple and easy it was awesome. It is both quiet and safe with an excellent onsite restaurant. Room was clean and staff were friendly and on point. I'd stay here again if flying through.

The room key didnt work and after we went to dinner we returned to a room that was totally unlocked, anyone could walk in and when we conttacted the night manager he said maintenance staff programmed it that way. No apologies offered that PM or by day manager when we cantacted them on checkout. I would NEVER stay at a poroperty with this capability and poilcy... had we not noticed it by trying the door before our key we would have been totally unsafe all night.

Conveniently located near the airport. Only complaint is the interior design of the bathroom. There is a frosted glass panel between the bathroom and the bedroom, so when the bathroom light is turned on it doesn’t only light the bathroom, it lights the bedroom area as well. For a solo traveler this isn’t a problem, but anyone not traveling alone risks waking up their partner with a middle of the night bathroom trip unless they fumble around in the dark and leave the light off.

The hotel itself was nice, clean and modernly decorated. However, the price of the room was a fair bit more than it was worth and on top of the huge price tag on the room, they charge you $8 each for a shuttle to airport departures. I mean really? We are in the room less than 24 hours. Every other hotel we stay at offers free shuttles so it seemed a little over the top to me. On a brighter note, I must say, that the Apron restaurant was really great, the food was really amazing!

Very good hotel only stayed one night as stopover before our next flight but standards very high with good staff didn’t get the full benefit of the hotel as we were an early flight & missed getting our breakfast (not hotels fault );but fabulous bath the wife said would stay here again no problem . They also have plenty of coffee water milk in your room well done for that

Great hotel at the Domestic Terminal of Brisbane airport. Beware - if you are travelling to/from the International Terminal, this is a $20 cab ride or a 20 min hotel shuttle. Not walkable to the terminal as we had hoped. It was hard to see this information at the time of booking. Great hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, super comfy bed. The main 'fine dining' restaurant is ok - not really fine dining but does the job. We ended up eating in the bar as food comes out of the same kitchen and some items on the menu are similar and better value. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked and paid for a premium room, but got a disabled access room instead - Nothing like what I had booked (having stayed in the premium room 1 week earlier it was easy to compare the 2).. Very disappointed in that lack of professionalism by the Pullman
