Very smooth check-in and easy to manage, the rooms were clean but would have benefitted from having chopping boards or a broom available, as it is an self contained apartment and this would’ve made cleaning and cooking easier. Natasha was extremely friendly at the front desk and made everything easy.

We loved the location. Basically overhanging the Gabba gives you a great view of the ground and the Brisbane CBD. If you are attending an event at the ground it is just about the perfect place to stay due to it's close proximity. Being located out of the CBD means it is a little quieter, but there is still plenty of places to eat within a short walk from the property. A Coles supermarket is also a short walk away which is very convenient. The room was very clean and in very good condition. The beds were comfortable and it had all the facilities you would need for a longer stay including secure parking undercover (extra cost). The staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests we had or to supply minor things that were missing from our room. If you don't have a car or want to avoid driving, the Woolloongabba bus station is about a 10min walk with buses frequently coming to take you into the CBD or other locations. From a visitor's perspective, the QLD public transport system is very good and reliable. If you don't mind a walk, the riverfront walkway isn't too far and the walk to the city is very nice next to the river through the South Bank area. Definitely recommend it if you don't mind staying out of the CBD.

Handy to buses, very nice view of Gabba Stadium. Supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. Kitchen bin was not cleaned out, but otherwise clean. Could have used a pair of scissors and some basics like oil for cooking. Toilet paper wafer thin. Pool and spa are nice. Comfortable beds.

The property did not send me any check in instruction 24 hours ahead, so I arrived at the location in the evening only found out that reception was closed. After 20+ min call and waiting, I finally got the keys, but the instructions came with it was not very clear, causing further issues. I also had to call twice to get tax invoice for the stay. The rooms are clean and well equiped, and the little welcome snack boxes were very nice. However, the room was very noisy even after J switched off all the power source (aircon, fridge etc al). I ended up sleeping using my ear plugs every night.
