We were told on the morning of our booking we were unable to stay due to hot water. We have been promised a full refund and still haven't heard anything back nearly 2 weeks later

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Bad stay - left early

The apt was below standards and photos are misleading. 1. There are several broken windows in the living room and bedroom with outside air seeping in. 2. Only 2 heaters work in the unit. 3. The hot water is extremely inconsistent and even after careful use we had several ice cold showers. 4. The entrance is in a dark unsanitary alleyway where a restaurant keeps their trash bins. 5. The bed linens had stuff on them. 6. The surrounding area has several bars and the sounds get really really loud all night.
