"Upon arriving after a long day of travel, we were informed by the front desk staff that although we booked a room for five travelers, there were no such rooms capable of holding five people. Our only option was a room with two queen beds. My husband, three children (ages 15, 18, and 21), and I had no choice. "Very clean hotel, nice size rooms and bathroom. The beds were incredibly comfortable. And wonderful Pillows. Breakfast was good. Great parking and excellent restaurant right next door."

"I arrived at 4pm for checking, I was told they can't find my reservation... after 20 min i was told they did find it but that someone else checked in at 1pm(what he hell??)... then after 20 min i was told they knock in my room and nobody answer (no idea why??, i had my reservation and ID in hand) after 45 min. i contacted expedia and they were able to fix the problem, i was given my room 1 hour late however, missing towels AC not working... i wont recommend anybody to stay here"
