"Check in is app based only with very little help when things go wrong, hotel corridor was filthy, carpet full of dirt and stains, hallway at lift full of dirty laundry trolleys, room was fine but there was holes in the base sheet and no drink making facilities, WC made loud knocking noise when flushed which the people in the next room must have loved, noise from street below was awful all through the night, will give this hotel a miss next time I stay in Manchester"
"While I found the staff pleasant and friendly, their hands are tied to help with mobility issues, I found the bathroom/shower very uncomfortable for someone who uses a cane, not a stable environment.
The photos are also EXTREMELY UNREALISTIC, A&O really need to update for this particular property, give a truly false idea of what to expect.
The staff is under the control of a “corporate bubble “
I had a idea of what to expect but the hostel feel EXTREMELY short of everything.
