"The only thing I can say is to make sure you let guests know if things are closed. We booked this hotel BC of the pool. The morning we were to arrive they sent a message that the pool was open. When we arrived they told me they had decided to close it for maintenance. Normally, it would not be an issue but we were there to visit our son and we had planned on him staying with us to use the pool."
