"A very comfortable stay"

"Would not recommend if you would like a good nights sleep. Location good, amenities decent, however the walls and floor must be paper thin as you can hear everything from the guests next to and above you! Booked 4 nights and left after 3 as was not getting any sleep, apparently we had different guests above us every night and you could hear them banging and moving around till 2am then again at 6am. "We stayed for one night. Although very hot weather the room had plenty of windows and an excellent fan to help keep us cool. Staff very friendly. Plenty of parking. We would definitely stay again if in the area."

"We had a lovely weekend at The Red Lion. The staff were incredibly helpful both ahead of and during our stay, and the pub food and breakfasts were very tasty. Our room felt a little dated and in need of maintenance in places, especially in the bathroom, but it served its purpose for our stay and we would be happy to go again."
