"From checking in to leaving after spending Christmas in the Grand Palace was excellent and I would have no problem in recommending this hotel to anyone. We had a Loft Room on the 5th Floor, this was spacious and also had a Water Jet Bath, Nespresso Machine, Mini Bar and Chocolates curtesy of the management. From start to finish the staff at the hotel stood out as exceptional. From Katarina on Reception (my Honey Sweet partner) to Jaroslav and Andre in the Lobby Bar / Restaurant to Ameliia Hosting the Breakfasts which were amazing in the mornings. Would I stay at this hotel on my next trip to Brno, without a shadow of doubt :-)"

"Great for my quick visit. It’s must to go up to rooftop and enjoy the view. The front desk was not so warming, neither the breakfast ladies, but besides that, it was very quiet and surprisingly gym is apart. It was said it’s small and it’s not included on my stay price. So weird. Again, I will give a 4, on the side of those inconvenience."

"The property seemed to be in the middle of construction/remodel. The apartment itself was spacious but was unfinished. The space under the tub was untitled, the floors in the door frame were missing separators, and most importantly, there were no window coverings on any of the windows, nor was there a shower curtain or door. It felt like we were given a room that was close but just not quite finished. Also, we were on the 6th floor but the elevator only went up to 5. Better than nothing! If those things were in place, the space would have been very nice. It was very roomy and centrally located. The apartment was easy to find, super closer to the train station, and within easy walking distance of all the sites we wanted to visit. One thing for American travelers to note, is that to open the door, you have to turn the key all the way and push at the same time. That gave us some trouble at first. "
