The location was perfect, most of the tourist spots were less than a 10-minute walk, so it made everything really easy. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and attentive the whole time. We checked in pretty late (around 10 PM), and they still took the time to greet my kids with a little gift, which was so thoughtful. "I have to say the hotel was a little quiet tonight we were there, which was really nice. The staff also did a great job at staying upbeat, while dealing with some serious construction on the road in front of the hotel. Overall, a really nice property and great location!"

"Front of house staff was amazingly friendly and productive. Everything was very clean and well maintained compared to a lot of hotels in the area. Breakfast quality was pretty good for a free buffet, but the food / bus staff was very slow - at one point falling back to extremely flimsy paper plates when they couldn't keep up with dishes. The pool was great, the balcony was nice, my view of the part and ferris wheel was great, and the location is very close to anything you could want to do in...
