The room was pretty gross. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Not like someone had just been smoking in there, but like it had years of smoking and it’s embedded in everything. Walking through the property you can tell it’s not well cared for. They painted the walls in sections but there was excess paint on all door jams and signs. It’s like someone painted who had no skill and got paint everywhere. The front desk staff was nice enough though. The breakfast was sub par at best. The food wasn’t great and the toaster burnt one side of everything and left the other side untoasted. I won’t stay there again, I have low standards and this didn’t meet them.

Staff were friendly however the property was not maintained very well very run down and very dirty. First room smelt like cigarettes and had a plastic bag taped over the smoke detector with mousetraps all over the place. Second room was alright but had a weird smell and saw a cockroach. Luckily I saw no bedbugs. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming… very limited and everything tasted pretty dry and stale. Hopefully they renovate the place and everything improves as there’s a reason the parking lot is basically empty.

The property is clean but the beds are uncomfortable and they only have 3 pillows on the bed. The shampoo bottle was empty. The staff are pleasant and the hotel is clean. It is close to everything and is right off the highway which is handy

Was on the phone with xpedia trying to get Mr money back for something I had not been able to cancel due to dead honramd that Expedia told me on the phone that it was sure stay that took 100$ CAD AND 22$S and that Expedia received nothing from my bank account from what I was told on the phone by a Expedia rep that I had on speaker phone with my GF listening

Exceptionally spotless room, comfortable beds and no bed-head with those pillows...lol...they are amazing! Full enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Main concern was there is no security with regards to the rooms access. There’s a side door you can enter and it leads directly to the room hallway. Anyone could show up at your door off the street bypassing reception completely. Other than that, the room is clean, and inexpensive. Didn’t expect much for the price.

Didn't get the queen bed room i requested and got stuck with double beds. Still got charged for the queen bed room. Front desk said manager would call but never did. I got ripped off. Hotel is over priced for quality of rooms. Hotel is out dated and in desperate need of renos.

I didn't like that this and every other hotel/motel only has the crappiest basic cable. I suggest being able to access the back of the TV so one could plug in a fire stick or some other device.

Decent hotel. However, there was garbage in the hallway and the bed frame squeaked whenever I moved in the night. I have not experienced this in a hotel for a long time.

We booked on Expedia and they couldn’t find our reservation but they were able to put us in the room we booked no problem. Very friendly staff

This property transitioned from Days Inn to potentially Quality Inn on July 1, 2025. It is currently going through a significant retrofit of the entire complex. The portions that are finished are quite spectacular and bode well for the large amount of work that still needs to be completed. We were more than satisfied with our stay in the renovated room provided to us and also with the complimentary delicious and varied breakfast.

No longer the days inn , now the Regal Inn , Website pictures are deceiving & need to be updated ,pool closed , room did not get cleaned for our entire stay (3 nights ).One Positive , breakfast was good.

The Days Inn by Wyndham does not exist in Brockville. The hotel is now called Regent. And they did not have my reservation in their system.You should be embarrassed that you are promoting a hotel that doesn't exist. You are completely disconnected.How often do these screwups occur at Expedia. I play to book direct and avoid these situations in the future.
