"Nos encantó la atención de la recepcionista Giorgina y del mesero Miguel, muy amables. No nos gustó la política del uso de las toallas, y el cobro de 3€ solo por el uso de las mismas. De resto todo estuvo excelente. Gracias."

Als wir später zurück kamen war die Tür repariert - Kühlschrank war an, kühlte jedoch nicht - Toilettenpapierhalter war an einer Seite nur mit Klebeband angebracht - Bett quietschte bei der kleinsten Bewegung + freundliches Personal + schöner, sauberer Poolbereich"

"Extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff. We arrived an hour early for check in but was able to sit out on the veranda and order drinks from the bar. Breakfast was delicious and covered everything we could have wanted. The room while not modern is in keeping with the style of the hotel and works nicely. Really nice hotel if we come back to Sirmione we we definitely be booking to stay again."

"I loved the juicer machine that was present at breakfast, that was a great way to get your health kick in the morning. The coffee was also excellent. The availability of drinks and snacks at the bar was excellent. The location was very good, close enough to the town but far enough away to be quiet at night. The top of the flat, square showerhead in the bathroom needed a good dusting however. It would have been nice if there had been a coffee machine in the room or tea making facilities,...

"We stayed here for 14 nights as a base to explore Lake Garda, not just Gardaland, and had a great stay overall. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. The outdoor pool and bar area were excellent, and the arcade was a big hit with the kids. "Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden täglich belegt und ist hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wirkt sauber bis auf dem Schrank wo Staub herumliegt. Ansonsten war es wirklich sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage läuft wie eine Schweizer Uhr nämlich perfekt! Die Parkplätze sind gleich am Eingang zum Hotel und es war immer welcher vorhanden. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Gebiet würden wir dieses Hotel bestimmt wieder buchen!"
