"OK. I want to give a better review than I am giving, but I just cant. The place is run down - it was clean, but very tired. Mattresses were the real cheap - old spring type and we could feel every spring. The main bedroom - I couldn't use because there was no power near the beds, so I had to sleep in a single bed to be near a power point. "Harrigans Hotel was fantastic! Great room, great location and easy to work your day around. The pub meals were well done. Unfortunately, reception at Mercure to collect key and when speaking on the phone to Amarn, my experience was not good. Abrupt, short and could not explain why the situation occured."
