"This location stole my 50 dollar deposit and when I attempted to speak to a property manager they refused to give me a contact and they hung up on me. I will be reporting this to the BBB and have already made a report to "

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa
6/10 Okay
"Check in was fast and easy. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. Threw away our own trash in vending room. Picture of suite showed wet bar with chairs, but that was not the room layout. Room service arrived in bags and missing a number of items. Large no smoking area was nice, but still had to walk across casino from hotel to get there."

Brut Hotel
4/10 Poor
"We stayed in the Elwood suite which had its charm but wasn't without a sticky mess on the booth of the dinner table and another on a smaller sitting stool in the bathroom. Right at check in the employee who greeted us was anti eye contact and was more worried about finishing up his required spiel than actually assisting. Or informing us of anything. There is not really a spa in the hotel. It is a short walk across the street and through a parking lot. Entering the old building there is no direction and dark. Likely to turn you away out of fear or concern just to return to the front desk for help. It didn't help that twice we were reminded by others that this building was recently section 8 housing and a drug hotspot. The floors are all bare concrete with small rugs every so often. The plants are all fake that we could tell. This hotel is far from luxury and far from what they portray through marketing. The room was 300 dollars and the amenities were something out of a crappy highway side motel. Just stay somewhere else because they are not what they represent themselves as. Hospitality? Barely on a good day."

River Spirit Casino Resort
8/10 Good
"We stayed at the resort for 5 nights. The room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the resort was understaffed. We ordered room service and because they didn't have enough staff scheduled we had to walk about 8 minutes each way through the Casino to pick it up ourselves. The spa was understaffed and had no staff to perform spa services for the entire week. They required us to show our driver's licenses every time we picked up our car or purchase anything to the room. If I dropped off the car, my wife couldn't pick it up without having MY license with her. It was unecessary, annoying, and inconvenient. My wife tried to order an ice tea, and charge it to the room. She had her driver's license, but because the room was in MY name they wouldn't sell her the $2.00 tea. Very strange. In this regard the staff was not accommodating and felt undertrained for a resort level hotel. "
