I had requested a handicapped accessible room, but was told they were booked. No elevator so my mother had a very hard time going up and down the stairs. New Hochatown Lodge
I hair dryer didn't’ work. Toilet paper holder was half pulled off wall. Front desk was not very accessible. Porch light was on and had no on/off switch. Kept the room half lit all night.

Loud guest (kids) next door that argued all night. Looking out of bathroom window directly into a trash bin. Area was sketchy
