"Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet."

"Stayed here a few years ago whilst at work, but it's now showing signs of distress. The bathroom door hinges had worn out, made a horrible noise when opening/closing it and the aircon fan was rattly even on the lowest fan speed. The bath had hairs in it from the previous occupant too which wasn't nice to see. On the plus side, the bedroom is of a good size with a really comfortable bed ensuring you get a good nights sleep."
