"I arrived in the early hours after a delayed flight. To be fair the hotel messaged to let me know the reception was closed and my room was open and the access code to the door was provided. However, my room was poor and just a kettle and two tea bags as refreshments. One to avoid, a big disappointment."

"Zuerst was positives,freundliches Personal.
Nach 12 stündiger Fahrt wollten wir uns ein wenig erfrischen. Leider gab es nur eiskaltes Wasser. Eine Nachfrage ergab dass ein nachträglicher Einbau von Bidets in einigen Zimmern das Problem verursacht hat. Man arbeitet an dem Problem ,es sind ca 10 Zimmer betroffen. Stunden vergingen, es war mittlerweile 23 Uhr ,es passierte nichts.Eine andere Möglichkeit zu duschen wurde uns nicht angeboten.
Am nächsten morgen wollten wir frühstücken.

"We stayed in a premium room, no 203. Second floor room, with coloured glass windows.
Room was spacious and clean. Nice large and comfortable bed, sofa and plenty of storage.
Large bathroom with walk in dual showers!
Lovely welcome bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch. Room also had a Nespresso machine, kettle and complimentary minibar with soft drinks, water and milk.

"The Sky Hotel couldn’t be more perfectly located. It’s just a five minute walk from the train station, and an 8 to 10 minute walk to the central Square of the old city. All those sites are within easy reach. To top it off there’s a large mall four minutes across the plaza from the hotel. The room to modern and everything more perfectly convenient amenities. The only issue is that you have to cross a small pedestrian bridge to get there from the train station. So there are some steps up and down...
