"Arriving to the property was very sketchy. Did not know it smack dead in the hood and drug infested area. Once you get settled in your room you’re fine. But, once you step outside just have your uber outside or go straight to the train. Especially if you’re not used to that type of environment."
"We have stayed at thousands of hotels in our past and have never had an issue with a shower. We were unable to take a shower because the shower function did not work, only the bath function worked. Upon checking out, we mentioned that to the staff at the front desk and she said you had to maneuver a specific valve which is very uncommon in any hotel. I wish that would have been explained to us when we checked in. Never got to shower. Luckily it was only one night."
"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast had options to pick from. Only downside is that there aren’t places to eat that are in walking distance. Hotel overall was great."
