"Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, aber trotzdem zu Fuß oder über den nahen Bus in wenigen Minuten gut mit dem Stadtzentrum verbunden. Generell könnte die Anlage mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände in unserem Appartement stammten aus den 1980er Jahren. Der Empfang und auch der Service war sehr freundlich. "돌로미티 여행이 처음이 었던 저희가 불편하지않게 세심하게 정보를 주었고 중간 중간 애로 사항이 없는지 물어봐 주셨습니다. 무엇보다도 아파트의 경치도 좋고 시설및 부엌용품도 아주 편리했습니다.주인장 데이비드가 제공해 주신 RITTEN 카드로 케이블카 기차 버스 뮤지엄 모두 사용할 수 있어 여유시간에는 볼챠노 시내에 가서 뮤지엄도 관람하고 전통시장도 둘러보고 역사지구의 성당과 광장도 즐겼습니다. 떠날 때는 어머님께서 손수 만드신 살구쨈 그리고 여동생 농장의 알프스 사과도 너무 감사했어요. 정말 맛도 환상입니다. 잊지 못할 숙소며 따뜻한 인정이였어요. 감사합니다."

"Appartamento pulito e ben dotato. Vista dall'appartamento non tanto intimo perchè si affacciava su altri appartamenti. Spa molto pulita, tenuta bene, profumata e nuova. Confortevole. Nota negativa: la doccia blu fredda a nebulizzazione non funzionava. Piscina bella, ma nota negativa l'acqua fredda. Nota negativa dell'idromassaggio per l'acqua fredda, questo è inacettabile. "Beautiful views, great amenities. Breakfast buffet was stellar, loved the pool, sauna and wellness area (wish it was open longer hours). Staff very helpful, parking easy and rooms were clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. It's a bit of a drive up the mountain, but that affords privacy and beautiful views. We loved our room with a deck that ran all around."

"The young lady that cleans does an amazing job! She cleaned everything in the parking garage: she scrubbed the recycle/trashcans, the walls, the light fixtures. You could literally eat off the garage floor, it was so squeaky clean! The wellness room areas were amazing. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been a dryer to dry our laundry. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"This hotel is on a beautiful and convenient location, staff were all very helpful and attentive. We were greeted with friendly smiles everyday from the front desk managers, housekeepers, to restaurant staff. We stayed with our daughter and her boyfriend there for 4 nights, both rooms got balcony and were really spacious, clean and well equipped with robes and flip flops, fragrant hand cream dispenser mounted on the wall for daily use.Buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious! We had an amazing and wonderful stay, and would totally recommend X Alp Hotel to anyone and will definitely come back again. The nearby restaurant - Ristorante Pizzeria Ramon, within 10-15 minutes walking distant, 3 minutes car ride, is a must try! We were in fact so impressed we went back three nights on a row! The food were super delicious and portions generous, staff and service were friendly and efficient even they were full every time we were there. We would wholeheartedly recommend this lovely restaurant to everyone if staying around the area, even if you have to travel a little bit to get there is still worth it. On the whole, we had a fantastic experience staying at X Alp Hotel. "
