"I arrived and my room was not fully cleaned due pubic hairs and feces on my bed. Thank goodness it was a Queen room where I could use the other bed."

"I didn't take advantage of the free breakfast, so no idea if that's good. My room walking in smelled musty and somewhat like mold. I tried to turn the air down, before 70, and it wouldn't change. On the ac unit it says, temperature controlled by wall thermostat. There was no wall thermostat. When the air did kick on, it was so loud, you had to blast the TV. The bed was very firm and dipped in, in the middle. The water did get very hot and the water pressure was pretty good."
