"When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again."

"Parking lot was full every night. Many oversized vehicles parked in compact spaces and truck/trailers taking up multiple spaces so I had to park down the road on the street. This felt very unsafe and I would not recommend it to solo female travelers. "

"I really liked the location of this Hilton Garden. There were so many shops, restaurants, drugstores, gas stations, grocery stores and bank writhin a few blocks or few feet. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, nice modern touches. Lots of lighting choices and the reading lights were great for a little bright light, and the housekeepers were so nice. They had a lot of pride in their work and always helpful. Tipping her was deserved. The bar downstairs is a little pricey for drinks, but...

"What breakfast??? They had a bar in the lobby where you could purchase breakfast items. You even had to pay almost $4 for a medium cup of coffee. Never been to a hotel that charged for coffee but I suppose that's the new norm."

"Room is clean and big Rooms have a fridge and microwave but sone of the rooms freezers do not have a door to close freezer We wound up switching rooms and new room was good Facility under renovation and needs it Hotel on busy road with plenty of restaurants and a Walmart across the street It’s ok for an overnight stay there is a best western next to it "

"Wouldn’t recommend….our room was dirty, tissue box coming out of the wall, painted over mold in the bathroom, bathroom was filthy …"

"Not a breakfast person earlier in the morning but there was a slim variety of items. No cooked breakfast. Parking was good. Staff were friendly. Room were okay for a one night stay. "

"My partner and I went are from Connecticut and came to NC to visit family for a brief time and we came in April 11 to the 13th 2026 and the Red Roof inn we stayed in, wasn't the best place to be at. The location of the motel isn't the best or well thought out. The 'Exit' where the office is for the motel is only way to get in or out as far as we saw. We were in room 108 on the bottom floor behind the motel. We have 2 Weiner dogs and there are areas to take them potty but they are small areas....

"Con: Not worth the price!! Place needs rehab. Lamp shades bent and riped, walls wavy with water damage, blood stain on bed, shady area, garbage on grounds, dog poo everywhere. PROS: Easy check in, loved the person that checked me in, so sweet, tipped them. Great breakfast and lady that was taking care of it. Tip her! When I’m treated good I treat back! Room was clean other than the things I mentioned. Restaurants and stores nearby, walking distance "
