"Best services ever! Really affordable "

"The breakfast was not fabulous and the tables were sticky in the dining area. I feel like the owners are trying to improve the place. My towels were like brand new towels with a little extra lint and soft. Beds were very clean. I had to clean the counters, a chair with spill marks and bathroom surfaces myself. It was mostly clean, but there were sticky spots and the bathroom seat had some things not fully cleaned. Maybe they should have only room key access in the exterior doors. Because, I had to take my dog out for a potty break and some wild loud guy surprised when I stepped out into the hallway asking if i knew what room was David Bowies. He was serious. I told him I did not. And he proceeded to pass by yelling. Where you at. What room you in. "

"The pool is small for the property size, breakfast is basic and not very tasty. Room was big and spacious, cleaned everyday and so was the beds and towels, which was great! Loved that. Very nice place. Will definitely stay again!"

"We had the worst hotel experience ever at Quality Inn. We booked two rooms totaling $838 and ended up leaving after the first night because the conditions were completely unacceptable. Both rooms were filthy. There were used floss picks left in the drawers, gum stuck to the furniture, and an overwhelming foul odor that was impossible to ignore. It honestly smelled like something had gone bad in the rooms. The hallway and access doors to the rooms were being propped open with rugs, so they wouldn’t lock at all. There was no secure access, and people were constantly coming in and out. Combined with the transient activity around the property, it made us extremely uncomfortable. The rooms themselves were also poorly maintained. The water wasn’t working properly, the toilet wouldn’t stop running, and the lights were flickering. It was clear these rooms had not been properly cleaned or maintained. We brought these issues to management’s attention and attempted to resolve it, but they refused to accommodate us or offer any refund. We also contacted Hotels.com since we booked through them, but they were unable to help. We didn’t even stay our full reservation and still lost $838. That’s unacceptable! I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This was beyond disappointing, an outright waste of money, and a terrible experience!! "

"I will try to get this typed out in 1500 characters. We haated this hotel! When we checked in the desk clerk had to be tracked down because he was MIA. Then he checked us into a room that.wasnt the kind that I had booked. We needed 2 beds, not 1. Then the king room he originally checked us into was dirty or still being occupied and we just happened to go in while the occupant was out. Went down to tell the clerk and he asked "when did you check in?" He moved us to another king room after being told we need two beds. By that time i was super tired, super frustrated and if i went down again, it would be to check out and that would ruin our trip. Then thats when we noticed that a corner of the room was sinking and seperating from the wall. Not something you want to see, especially on the third floor of a building. So i went down and the giy was MIA AGAIN! I went back up stairs and called corporate. Thats how fed up i was with this whole situation. Morning time, i asked the front desk if they were aware about the floor sinking. I was met with "it should be fine". Nothing about us changing rooms. Apparently the call i made at 2am to the corporate office got the city inspector involved. He had to tell them to get us another room. The room number was 314 for anyone wondering"
