"Was not clean… Rusty parts in the bathroom, unclean flooring, And supposedly the manager was burning incense in the lobby, which caused an allergic reaction. It was an awful experience."

Pool was closed both days, which was very disappointing since that was the reason we booked here. Upon arrival I couldn’t find a desk clerk, so we left and came back 30 minutes later . "Very nice, clean, and well-maintained hotel! The afternoon/early evening desk clerk was uber nice, friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and clean. Everything was top notch. The only thing that was a little odd was the morning desk clerk had stepped away at 10:45 am (of all times!) and left a key deposit box out. That doesn't work for me. I want the personal hand-off to satisfy my OCD. I had someone to alert her and I waited. Not a complaint, just an observation. EXCELLENT property in...
