Had a great time. Sofia and Abhi were front desk staff that were awesome. Loved every minute of being there. Breakfast buffet, pool, room, and entire hotel were fantastic.

Couldn't get the internet password didn't work but it’s okay with me ….room extremely clean and nice…staff very friendly…..well lit outside….parking lot was all potholes …. Kids loved the pool but was a little cloudy…. No complimentary breakfast like all the others that is a bummer!

4階の部屋でした。欧米の古めのビルによくあるとおり階段がないことが大きな障壁でした。常駐のスタッフがいませんんし。重たいスーツケースを自力で持ち上げること、あるいは下ろすことは、高齢者やケガをしている人間には苦行です。 部屋の掃除は担当者によって快不快が変わります。4泊の滞在中3泊はよかったです。しかし日曜の担当者は非常に悪かったです。トイレットペーパー等の消耗品は補充なく自分で対応（トイレットペーパーがないことは本当に困りました）、もっとも驚いたのはバスマットがバスルームの高いドアの上に斜めに架けられていたことです。失望しました。
