"The hotel is immaculate and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The staff person at the front desk could have been a little friendlier when I checked in. "

" Our plane was held up from Chicago and we called to the property. The night staff was very friendly and had us all set for a later check-in. In the morning, we were surprised to find that the site offered gluten-free choices which is literally unheard of. Gwen was absolutely the sweetest as we told her we were touring SDSU and she gave us a map of the campus and items to look for. My daughter not only loved the gluten-free choices but the shampoo & conditioner as she said it made her hair...

"The kitchen was clean"

"The room was clean. Nothing special. The bed was hard and only one chair to sit on. Overall for the price, it is a good place to stay."

"Beds were very comfortable, staff was very nice. Hotel itself is a little rundown and could definitely use some updating. Pillows on couch were stained and ripped, refrigerator pretty beat up, shower and bathroom were patched up and well used. Worked fine for a night but nothing fancy. "

"No coffee or ice bucket in the room. Othetwise pretty good. "

"The heater worked well and staff were nice but slide from that there were not to many positives. The toilet was running when we got in the room then after ok once the handled was juggled. Unfortunately after a few flushes the inner connections broke off. Front desk gal came in and fixed it but would still need to jiggle the handle. The mattress and pill were horrible! Pillows had that ‘washed’ feel - all clumpy and smushed. Bed was hard and in spots could feel the springs. No bed...
