"Pretty rundown. Bathroom had mold, smelled mildew, shower curtain falling down, bathroom fan didn’t work, windows were filthy dirty, floors were dirty. AC worked but was very noisy. Only good thing was that the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was marginal."

"Have to pay EXTRA for the breakfast and WiFi. Ridiculous. I have never had to do that when traveling and never at any other holiday Inn property. Told them to keep both. But the room was clean and the staff were friendly enough. We will stay elsewhere next time we travel."

"The facility was clean, the staff were friendly, and we had a pleasant stay. One suggestion would be to upgrade the existing TVs to Smart TVs to provide guests with more entertainment options. Other than that, everything was great."

"The desk staff seemed only marginally interested in answering our questions or helping us out. Ex: We needed a spoon (plastic) to eat something, the desk clerk was sitting watching TV, and said it wasn't in his job duties and might get in trouble if he went hunting for one."

"This was an extended stay. It was absolutely horrible. I was so upset I didn’t sleep. People actually live in this hotel. It was so dirty and smelled horrible. I will never be back!"

"My room was very clean and spacious. I asked for a room downstairs so I would not have to use the stairs I guess there was nothing available. Bed was adequate a little too hard mattress"

"The room was not clean at all. The refrigerator was disgusting. The mirror was broken. The remote control to the TV did not work. The room smelled terribly. The staff was ok, but it was a very poor experience overall. We left and went to another hotel."
