"Great bang for the buck - If you have a realistic expectation of life in New York and have a net worth of less than 10 million dollars this place is a great stay. Location is perfect, facilities are on par with a decent apartment. Some weird stuff, small space, no safe or refridgerator: this is totally understandable! Also no sauna or business center. Who cares? It's a roof, shower and HVAC. Staff is nice and helpful.
Here is the thing to understand. Most people who live in new york are not having company over at their apartment. Living spaces are small but there is so much to do right outside literally 22 hours a day. Book a bigger hotel if you need 2 beds, or are traveling with more than 4 suitcases. If you just want to hang out in your hotel and eat room service food, visit a different city."
