Hotel Golf di Brooklyn

"I didn't like it because you didn't have anywhere to park if you parked BEHIND the motel you had to pay 45.00 for each day your there. They tell you it's ok to park on the street but it's not because I received a ticket that I'm trying to get out of so I would not recommend unless it was the last choice."

"the staff was lovely and the house was very cozy!!! loved that there was a kitchen that we could use upstairs. the room and bathroom were very clean and modern. location is perfect, walkable, and very accessible by bus or train! we loved our stay here and wish it could have been longer!"

"Staffs are nice and very helpful, they let us check in before 3 pm and let us stayed after 11am.We arrived at the hotel around 10:30am on a red eye flight and we needed to rest and sleep and they were very accommodating, and didn’t hesitate to offer our room earlier without having to pay extra!!!A free shuttle saved us a lot and a free warm breakfast made our stay at this hotel comfortably. We won’t hesitate to stay here again when we come back to NY!!"

"They tried to charge me for the room even though I had already paid though Expedia. I told them when we arrived and showed them the receipt, and still was billed the next morning. I had to call Expedia myself to get it fixed. Room was clean and quiet but the property is very old. Staff generally give the impression they could care less. Someone needs to wash the shuttle van, clean the elevator, and learn how to use a vacuum in the lobby."

"Customer service is truly exceptional! We arrived late and quickly given our room with water bottles. The staff make it a pleasure to stay here and will definitely return. Room is clean and maintained throughout stay. Wifi worked and breakfast includes a wide arrangement of options. You can also come work in the same space with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the streets, a great view."
