"Didn’t eat breakfast there."

"Very noisy occupants. My room was directly facing the elevator. At 10 PM, someone was shouting outside in the corridor asking his wife/partner to open the door. The fire alarms were constantly on without any warning or instructions on what to do. Water flow in my fourth floor room was with very low pressure. Very frustrating while using the sink or bathtub. Shower curtain rod was in a bad shape, ready to break anytime. The only good thing about this place is that it's quite inexpensive and close to where I need to go. If you a single, and if you have specific work around NYU or Navy Yard in Brooklyn, this might be a good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. A lot of restaurants closeby, including on Myrtle Street. I do not recommend this place for families. "

"Do not book this place. The property looks nothing like the pictures shown online. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the Google reviews beforehand—I only did so after arriving, and I regret not doing it sooner. I checked in and immediately checked back out. The sheets were worn and had hair on them from a previous guest, which was completely unacceptable. When I requested a refund, it was denied. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere."
