"that was a nice stay in pretoria except some problems. these were not because the owners of the house but the house itself, because it is a nice old hpuse with a lovely garden, it has some issues with the oldness. "Well-located, but definitely a 3-start. Staff unwilling to make accommodations - electrician came late at night and instead of putting us in another room, we had to wait around while he was working in the room. So not really client-focused. Shower in room was walled off with rhino wall, missing a door completely. No basin in area of shower, had to use basin under the staircase where the toilet is.
Spacious though. Cant use the TV as it is blocked by the refrigerator."

"The room was not clean. After telling the front desk thr came to the toilet. But after being in the room saw how the sheets were not clean bins not emptyed dust everywhere.
Restaurant service was terrible. The food i ordered was raw. Even after waiting 1 hour for the food. Overall very disappointing.
I have stayed at the town lodge many times but this time was terrible "
