"Clean room, not outdated furniture, decent breakfast. Fast check in and check out."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly! The room was comfortable, the only complaint was a few things regarding the bathroom: sliding door on the bathroom didn't allow for a lot of privacy, and it was very heavy and loud on the track! There was also zero ventilation in the bathroom, which made it temporarily very humid in our room. Otherwise would recommend!"

"The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy."

"Parking was very reduced, obtaining help was difficult, I reserved with Expedia so Hilton would not help, Expedia was not very helpful either. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. The water from the shower would leak to the carpet. We had a “no smoking” room but it did not matter because the smell of weed came through anyways. One of the Ladies in the kitchen was rude. I do have to say the older lady was very nice. The front desk ladies were also nice and did what they could to help. It was...

"While the room in general was fine, the air conditioner was very loud & whined; the coffee dispenser downstairs didn't work one of the days; no coffee cups were out one if the days; the water to the building was off one of the days from noon until almost 5 pm (the schedule we got upon check-in stated from noon to 3 pm); and only 1 ice machine worked for the entire hotel. While this may have been a fluke, it did not enhance our stay in any way."
