"Rooms were clean and staff was nice. Our issue was we payed cash and our card was also charged. When I called to let them know I was informed they were already aware and the manager was reimbursing our card. That was Saturday. I have them through the holiday and still no money has been returned as of Wednesday night. I have tried calling hotel several times and I am not getting any answer or the line will be disconnected at times. Definitely will be aware next time we go through this area."

"We stayed at the wagons, it was clean, property is beautiful. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Did not get to use the pool but it looked nice. A lot of outdoor activities, so don't forget sunblock and mosquito repellent. They were getting ready to open a food area, is going to make it even better. "

"The location of this townhome is brilliantly close to Baylor! It was well stocked and clean.
The secondary bedroom mattress was intensely uncomfortable. The downstairs shower would without warning change from warm water to quite cold. It did this multiple times throughout the shower without warning. With a better mattress in the secondary bedroom, and detention to the downstairs shower. This would be a phenomenal place to stay next to Baylor University.
Also note when you check in, the air...

"This place is just PERFECT! It was our first family trip and we were scared of what we would find. Honestly this place has everything very clean, organized, smells good when you enter, clean bed sheets EVERYTHING! It had everything and when I say everything all the way to laundry soap. "Got a room with broken bathroom door which didn't get fixed until we left despite complaining about it twice. Not enough staff on duty during breakfast hours. Breakfast area doesn't get clean until the breakfast hours are done. So, if you are not the first one, you are likely to find crumbles all over the place. Overall property is good, and room size was good, just not well maintained."

"When I arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. Fresh cookies were available and honors program was offered. The room was clean and comfortable, as well as pleasing to the eye. The pool and hot tub area were clean and welcoming. I did not have breakfast but it appeared to be well liked by the many patrons in the dining area. Although my party only stayed one night, I would stay again given the chance, and recommended others to stay here as well. "

"Not only are the rooms consistently moldy, which will affect anyone’s help, especially if you have asthma… You may find the bathrooms, barely cleaned or mold and mildew around the tub and then if you need help, then you need to move to a different room you’ll be treated badly by people like RUBY and I even lost a full night stay after the night guy said I could move to a clean room and then Ruby said I could move and then she freaked out on me when I came back to move and was verbal and attacked...
