"Terrible. Bedford arrival I called around 9:30pm stating “we would be later than expected and is it okay if we can get still get our keys before midnight” the lady and the front desk who answered said “yes as long as your here by 2am you will be fine”. Once we arrived to the front desk i say i’m checking in (we get there around 12:30-1 o’clock) and I told him my name and he says “yeah they just called and there switching yall”. No one called and told me this no one emailed me, and then we try and ask for the number that just called him he wouldn’t give it to us he wouldn’t go get a manager and he was very rude HIS NAME WAS DIEGO that was at the front desk. He had a very terrible attitude, he was rude, and not trying to help us at all! He kept rolling his eyes, and having a “i don’t care” attitude when it came to helping us. So off this one experience i would not recommend staying here they are very rude and unprofessional when it comes to helping their guest. Not only did he not want to help us when other couples came in he was kind to them and trying to help them as much as he could. in my opinion i feel he didn’t want to help us at all.
