"Great location! Rooms were clean, nice breakfast and staff was very friendly!"

"Rooms were clean and functional. Reserved a 2 bed room and got 1 small bed. Not even a king size for for taking a bed away. This is the third IHG reservation where they did not honor the reservation and I got downsized for the same price. Looking else but facilities were ok at this hotel and staff was very nice."

"The lobby and reception are inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room is spacious. Updates are nice with the exception of the bathroom door."

"The property was in great condition. The rooms were clean and the staff especially house keeping was excellent. They came around everyday to give you towels and to ask if you needed your room clean. You don’t get that everywhere. I even extended my stay. Overall it was great."

"Breakfast wasn’t good/ seems like everything comes from a microwave. Property is outdated. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Staff was amazing. Check in was simple. Everything was clean. Not a bad stay for the cost."

"Room was about a 5 1/2 lady at the office name ms Parker I think, she has a very very nasty additude. The overnight guy was very very nice he was the reason I stayed there. Once 7am shift change came the lady that works that shift she is so mean she told me she makes any reason up to take customers deposits. Other then that everything else was a 3 star. House keeping ladies gives bad looks and never speak only one lady she was so sweet."

"The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options. The only thing I would change is asking for a different room. The ice machine and laundry facilities were right outside my door, throughout the night it was noisy. "

"The room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room heater was off and about 50 Degrees. The sheets were thin and smelled like cigarettes and perfume. There was only one bar of soap next to the sink and no complementary soap in the shower. There was dust all over and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. I woke up coughing. "

"Pictures are false advertising, thank goodness, I only needed the room for a quick overnight with niece and nephew, visiting university of Delaware for acceptance day. the place was a dump inside and out. Many potholes. Lobby was piled with boxes, hallways and common areas were dirty. Room was not too clean in corners, bathroom and pillows were awful. Definitely would never stay again. "

"There’s black mold all over the windowsills and I even took pictures. The card keys don’t work so every time you need to go up in the elevator and every time you need to get in your room, you have to go to the front desk and physically have the person from the front desk. Let you up the elevator walk you down the hall and let you in your room every single time. The only good thing is that it provide provided breakfast."

"The staff was wonderful. Very comfortable room. The bar was inviting and well equipped. They offer a short menu with basic pub food but nothing fancy. There is a breakfast buffet for purchase. There is plenty of shopping neaby and familiar chain restaurants."
