"The place is nice for the price. There was no staff to check me in at my arrival. The staff was not even on the property, And was rude. No apology for coming late."

"General Manager was very accommodating and let me check in early, for a nominal fee. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and could use other things in their selection they provide. "The hotel seems pretty new from first glance. Room is spacious. Bedding is pretty comfortable. TV is new, and there is a big couch and a sitting area by the window. Breakfast is more basic than Hampton of Holiday Inn Express. But my main issue was with their management. Even though I prepaid for my stay through Expedia, the hotel still wrongly charged me for the night (they turned my deposit into a charge!). I called the hotel repeatedly across 3 days in the AM and in the PM but no one ever...
