"Staf at front desk was welcoming. Lexi did a phenomenal job helping replace the faulty ac unit in our room. However, at some point in our stay three necklaces were stolen from our room..I should have used the safe, but got careless and tucked the jewelry bag in my suitcase which was on a stand near the front door. I reported to front desk. This theft left a bad taste so I would probably NOT stay there again. "

"The property was clean and well-located. Staff was very helpful. It was a busy time, but one elevator seemed to randomly go off-line, creating long waits.
Rooms are a bit small and poorly designed. The bathroom vanity was tiny, with very limited counter space and only enough towel rack for one towel. We had to hang our toiletry bags in the kitchenette. "My girlfriend and I only stayed one night. We had a room with two queen beds. They had everything in that room. They do have coffee, caffeine and decaf. The shower is very spacious and comfortable, and they provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, and a blow dryer every single staff person that we interacted with was lovely, friendly eye contact just a pleasure. "The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. "
