"This Ramada is in a great location. The Boston's pizza was a great restaurant inside! Had a couple meals there. Unfortunately this hotel is in desperate need of a renovation including the rooms and the pool area. The tub/shower were disgusting. The beds were hard as a rock and they basically only give you a thick sheet as a blanket. They do give you lots of soft pillows. That was a plus. Nice tv's in the rooms, but the remote is very complicated to use. The hot tub was ok it wasn't even warm the 2nd time I tried it. The pool area was fun, but definitely needs a face lift."

"I booked a room as a stop on a cross country trip. We were unimpressed: the check-in surprised us with a $100 deposit for incidentals, hallway carpets were dirty and the facility common areas were worn and dirty. Exterior doors were broken and would not close or lock. The room was only marginally better: worn furnishings, broken chair, and clearly used bedsheets that had stains and burn holes in them. Air conditioner was noisy and produced a rancid smell if it had to go to heating mode, so we turned it off (power switch was broken, too). We left as quickly as we could, and I hope I get my deposit back."

"We enjoyed our stay here. This is our 2nd time staying here and the main reason is their pool area. Our 8 year old grandson just loves the pool and waterslide! We love the breakfast! Our room was nice and comfortable."

"For the price, the bed was clean and comfy, the bathroom was nice. The phone wasn't working in our room but we just needed a place to sleep and it was just what we needed. If you are on the 2nd floor there is no elevator. The coffee was good and hot. The breakfast included: cereal, waffles, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, pastries and bagels. Parking is a little tricky but not bad. All the staff were very helpful and kind."

"Staff member entered room while I was asleep 4 hours before checkout. Arrived late after traveling all day. Asked for a late checkout which would be 1pm as their checkout is 12pm. The front desk attendant said no problem. First room smelled liked mold. Had to be moved to another room. Woke up at 9am to a staff member opening the door and she made it the bathroom before saying “omg I thought this room was vacant.” Right at 12:01pm while I was getting dressed and ready for my 1pm late checkout the cleaning lady starting banging not kicking banging on the door, sayinf “checkout time, time to go!” I relied through the door “I have a late checkout until 1pm. She replied with “no you don’t.” I said yes I do I asked when I checked in. This woman proceeded to pace up and down the hallway outside of my room and every 5 minutes banged on the door saying “you packed up yet” I believe this person working at this hotel has a serious mental illness and is dangerous to guests and should be investigated."
