"There was dried urine around the bottom edges of the toilet. I travel with plastic gloves and cleaning supplies so I cleaned it up. My room was across from the elevator which can be a noisy area sometimes so I asked if I could get my room switched and was told no. The hotel had very few guests yet no willingness to help. I don’t plan on staying there anymore."

"Nice mountain view but AC didnt work good. We hoped it would get eventually cool the room down but it never did. Random trash laying all around and a consistent smell of mildew and Marijuana. The place definitely needs attention."

"This is NOT a high end hotel, but it is very cozy. The overall appearance of the place was nice. Check in was easy. There are no room keys, but a pin/code. Luckily, the employee had it written down. We were told that it was sent to me, but I did not receive it. The location is very convenient...it's at the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We stayed in room #3. The room was nicely updated. The shower head definitely needs replaced. The air conditioner is in the bathroom. It cooled...

The property is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and we loved seeing the beautiful view of Pilot Mountain right from the farm. The friendly animals added such a nice touch it felt warm, relaxing, and full of charm. Our suite was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. "Pilot Mountain Glamping Resort was a great weekend retreat for my fiancé’s birthday. Great location. We hiked at Hanging Rock State Park. We really enjoyed the deck with the Blackstone Griddle and fire pit. We had pancakes and bacon off the griddle for breakfast one morning, and hotdogs for dinner one night. S’mores later that evening over the fire pit topped off a great day. Jack was responsive to the only issue we raised and it was quickly resolved."
