Hotel dekat Brown's River Lake

"The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use. The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the...

"The staff was really nice, but the property was not. There was the smell of marijuana in the elevators and a foul odor as though the sewer was backing up in the hallways.was not very happy with our stay ! We were booked there for 2 nights, but we end up only staying one night and lost out on our money for the next night. Because we refused to stay there another night! We have previously stayed at other holiday inn expresses and this one by far was the worst one!"

"I was please with the rooms and interior of the rooms, bathroom needed their toilet seats change they were old and stained which changed the vibe for me. I also notice if I was out when they came to clean the room they only made the bed, never replaced towels or toilet paper nor did they clean the sinks or showers. When I was in the room they asked me if I wanted that service I answered yes every time I got a cleaned room and replacement of towels, toilet paper, and floor were swept and washed....

"Parking is tight. Beds are average. Bedding was not new and fresh. Television was small. "

"I didn’t like that when I needed extra linen that I had to go down to get it myself. Privacy is nice and I didn’t want to have to leave my room unless necessary."

"Stained sheets, stained hallways, stained floors, broken microwave with mold inside, no running hot water, sewage smell throughout hotel, and black mold alongside all the vents. ABSOLUTELY one of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at. "

"The property staff was no help. Manager was never there to speak with about issues we had. TVs didn't work. Remote had no batteries. Overall terrible experience and no one cared to fix simple issues."

"The property was horrible, The hotel was filthy and broken down, There were what appeared to Be prostitutes hanging out front, There were men sitting on the curb drinking 18 packs of beer. The doors didn’t lock and the toilet seat was broken. We checked in and after seeing the condition we checked right back out and left to go to another hotel."

"I spent 3 days this is the worst 3days in this hotel 04/14/26 the room was not clean No internet and the pool is very dirty they there is breakfast but it refrigerated food the woman on the desk is rude she don't know how to treat people and she took my $100 she told 2 3 business days never recieve my money"
