I am a bonvoy member and I was not treated as one during check-in either. I will not be staying at this location when I return to Brownsville later this year. "

"Room was a dusty, vanity light in bathroom was out and maintenance was already gone. The switch on the lamp by the bed was out. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Wouldn’t go back. "

"I had no hot water despite calling and informing them of the issue. I had to boil hot water ..I was sick and too tired to rebook elsewhere. The issue was not addressed until I checked out. Only one representative attempted to assist me."
