"We had a rough day before arriving. The hospitality just wasn’t there. It was almost like the person on the home was telling me F you with a smile on her face. We got to the room where there were had marks everywhere. My daughter picked up and almost ate candy that was left on the floor before we got there. I tried to look past all of that until I opened the window to look outside where I saw 2 Rats running around."

"Everyone was so wonderful here! I wish I could’ve gotten more names, but Ashley was particularly helpful with giving us tips for visiting NYC. But truly, out of the 4 days we were there, every staff member I met was super nice!"

"Water was turned off, no showers no flushing toilets for a period of time. Pool unavailable (closed due to crack), no room service, had to hunt down cleaning crew, no room telephone (broke), bathroom sink handle broken. When brought to attention of front desk staff immediately upon arrival, no service"

"The rooms are clean, but when I walked in the room had a funky smell. Thankfully the AC worked and circulated most of it out. The sink also had sewer gas smell coming out of it, which never went away. Overall not a good place to rest your head be gone."

"The property is great. Right next door to a Ruby Tuesdays, and across the street from a massive mall. Clean and upgraded. I lowered my rating significantly for one reason. I booked this hotel primarily because of the free airport shuttle and the proximity to the airport. Upon check in, I was told “just come down 15 minutes before the shuttle leaves - they leave on the hour and on the half hour”. Flash forward to 6:00 the next morning. "I appreciated the housekeeping staff. They knocked on your door daily to see if you may needed cleaning, always polite. The room was clean, although I usually get a king bed when I stay at hotels they're were only queens available but it was very comfortable. Front desk staff was also polite and helpful. The only issue I had was that for several days I had to listen to a couple in the next room having loud sex several times a day which became annoying."

"No coffee in the room Coffee bar was supposed to be open 24 hr, however no one was available at 8:30 am The person at the reception desk pretending not to see us , so after waiting for about 20 min we decided to leave"

"Bath tub needs to be redone. Felt gross in there I wore my slippers in the shower. You can hear everything through the walls. Couldn’t sleep from an arguing couple all night. The bathroom you can hear people having a conversation through the walls. It was not relaxing to sleep in the room and hear everything, including every flush that occurs."

"The mattress of the king bed was not leveled. Instead of changing it, the staff gave me more sheet. The toilet was clogged, the staff told me that we dont have housekeeping after 4 pm so you will have to wait till tomorrow. Bad tub was broken. They had pasted a patch of glazed plastic sheet on the damaged area, which was very slippery. I slipped while taking a bath. Fortunately there was no serious injury. Quality of food at the breakfast was bad. Not a good value for money"
