I was very surprised by this hotel. It was very well kept. Clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only issue was the restaurant. Food was mediocre at best and had to ask staff the same question multiple times on more than one occasion. I would definitely stay there again.

Now to be clear, the room and facilities were excellent. Very clean. However, that's about it. This location was much below the standards of what is expected from a Hilton location. With as much travel as I have done, I can confidently make that statement.

Everyone and everything were wonderful but the bed was extremely hard and the microwave listed in the amenities was only in the lobby not in the room.

Nice area, clean place and the cookies at the reception area were a nice touch at check-in. The only thibg was that there was a shortage of towels in the pool area. 50 min. drive to hoopgroup's headquarters and the beach was not so bad, especially for the price we paid.

We had a wonderful stay! Although it was just for one night, everything was excellent. I called ahead to inquire about early check-in, and we were fortunate to get it. The gentleman who checked us in on Saturday morning was incredibly kind, though I wish I could remember his name. We also dined at the restaurant, where the bartender, Ellie, was delightful and crafted fantastic drinks. My only complaint was regarding the food; while it was decent for the price, I found the salmon dish with mashed potatoes and broccoli to be quite dry and salty. Aside from that, our stay was fantastic! The rooms were cozy and modern, and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Also the hotel has a nice indoor pool to enjoy. The room is very warm and peaceful no noise at all. I really enjoy my stay definitely will return again.

Hotel is nice, so are the staff. Pool area is nice, so was our room, and the restaurant. The key cards were not working upon arrival, so staff had to walk you to your room to let you in each time you left your room. Luckily the were able to resolve it at the end of the night. There was no microwave in the room, which I would judge preferred.

The hotel is very nice. There is no breakfast provided, but I think there’s a restaurant that is open for breakfast. Coffee was provided in the lobby. We stayed 4 nights, and didn’t receive housekeeping services until our last day, no coffee in the room either. When they took all of our towels, they left one bath towel and one hand towel only.
