"We enjoy staying at the Ocean for a day or two as nice getaway."

"Experience was great besides the pool. You book for 4 people and they only allow 2 to get in and you have to pay for the other two. That should be part of what we pay for the room and we also pay for the resort fee. So, I don’t really get why they need more from us. There’s really nothing much going on in the hotel so pool was a let down for me and my friends."

"The property is beautiful!! The only drawback is there is no where to walk outside the hotel. There is no walking path anywhere. You are confined to the hotel."

"Pros: I had a balcony room. The view was stunning. The hotel is pet and kid friendly which was a plus. They do have security on site. Cons: The room had many stains on the furniture. The room and building is very old and outdated. Looks like a motel. The hotel staff weren’t able to provide/locate any chairs for the balcony. Also Only one finger food restaurant was open. The money spent was not worth it. Very poor quality. I would not book again."

"Check in took 45 minutes, the area coming in from the parking garage was disgusting and the elevator situation is ridiculous. Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes just to get an elevator"

"Conviently located. Property is pretty well kept. However, a piece of wood did fall from the bathroom but maintenance came and fixed it. After that there were no issues."

"Petty low key nice little ( big ) hotel. I like it, small environment changes like free parking since the place is always busy, they got the money to let parking slide. Have free breakfast. Bistro’s breakfast is not worth paying. Hampton Inn makes better breakfast and it’s free. Over good place"

"I love this hotel because it wasn’t in a casino, but very close walking distance to the boardwalk, which made it more of an adventure!"

"Parking is safe, just know that there is a $20 per night parking fee ( it’s on their sight but it’s very easy to miss). You can park on the street but that’s even worse. "

"I enjoyed the hotel and it offered complimentary shuttle service to close amenities,My children particularly liked the hand shower in bathroom. One area for improvement was the breakfast. We stayed for three days and the menu remained the same each day. My family and children did not enjoy it. On the third day, we declined breakfast altogether, and my children suggested we have it outside."

"Everything about the hotel was great EXCEPT the beds. The mattresses and pillows were hard as rocks. I did call down and they brought up soft pillows and a thick blanket to lay down under us to make the bed softer. It def made a big difference but in my opinion, the cost of the room should have comfortable beds."
