"The Black female front desk clerk was one of the nicest front desk clerk I've met at a hotel. She went above and beyond her way to accommodate us with early luggage drop-off to possible early check-in to events going on for the fourth of July. I'm glad we stayed at this hotel. It turned out to be a good choice."

"I thought it was a good place. They are a bit pricy . They charge for everything and anything . But I do want to say the front desk guy I believe his name is Jay, he was amazing! He went way way beyond for us to check us in early. He was also very helpful when I had questions about the train, subway. He was very calming very kind and he explained everything so well. "My room was relatively clean, the tub/shower definitely needs an upgrade. The lobby has been beautifully redone but the rest of the hotel needs a face lift. The carpet down the halls to the rooms look much more worse for wear that one would hope. Staff was fine. Check in was quick but I didn't have many other interactions with them. "The Aiden Best Western @ Newark Airport was a great surprise. It’s very non-descript from the outside, just a plain looking building. But I step inside and the lobby has a nice waiting area with a to-go market of coffee and snacks and just down the hall, a full restaurant and bar. The rooms are huge and immaculate. And, they run a free shuttle to the airport every half hour. Literally couldn’t ask for more… and at a seriously good price!"

"Our room was great and the View worked for us since we were there for the game. Also direct access to the path train was ideal."

"There should be microwave oven in the rooms, it’s very basic to have in the room. Also, basic cutleries should be made available. Being able to get it from the restaurant when they don’t provide 24hrs is not good enough. Customer service needs to be better."
