"Staff could be friendlier. The common areas seem to be overcrowded by people who are not staying at the hotel, which is fine but something to be mindful of. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10. The staff at the rooftop bar could be friendlier. "

"They offer breakfast with you stay… it’s on strip where it’s a couple different clubs so it’s very loud all night …. The sheets had all these black spots under it but they staff said it’s the father inside the comforter they said it’s black so it’s not dirty "

"Great location, in the theater district and a stones throw from time square. Walkable to many restaurants, central park and other mid town attractions. Nice updated rooms, large bathroom, and friendly staff. Wish there was a little more offered at the continental breakfast, but that is just nitpicking."

"Lovely staff, room was small but we expected it to be as it is central NY ( plus it came with a fridge which was amazing)! Very smooth and easy check in and check out. Cleaners were amazing and had new bedding and towels every day. Rooftop bar was a nice touch. For a budget stay where you will not be in the hotel too much it’s perfect. I probably wouldn’t stay this central again as it was so busy however for a first time trip to NY it’s ideal as right next to Penn Station. My only critique is...
