"Low budget hotel with decent rooms and convenient airport shuttle. I went there to attend a world cup game and it was very helpful to find out that there is an iron and iron board to iron clothes. Yes, the room is carpeted and the carpet looks dirty. But they try their best to keep the room clean. For the price, it was good. The continental breakfast was not bad. The A/C is very powerful and my son enjoy the television with a good variety of chanels available. Another plus is that all floors...

"The hotel was good, good location, walking distance to the nearest train railway stops and near the airport. Staff tried to do their best to assist you with any issues, including when providing good guidance how to move around. Communication between shifts at lobby needs a bit of improvement."

"The room was dirty we couldn’t get towels everyday we had to go to the front desk for towels. We had 3 days of towels in our room that they wouldn’t pick up. We had our room cleaned 2 times. The front desk staff were very nice. But what they said didn’t happen. The cleaning staff were rude. The manager Leslie refunded one night. I have cancer and need clear invitement. This entire 5 days were definitely not what we expected .We didn’t come home to last every day so we didn’t have to be in that...

"Staff was amazing and friendly, rooms were clean and quiet, bathrooms were also clean with lots of towels. They also provided you with anything extra you asked for very quickly . Free coffee and tea in the lobby with enough variety . The location of the hotel is also perfect , very close to the highway and less than 20 minutes drive from almost all the attractions."

"Hotel is somewhat shabby and worn down. Bar in lobby closed (no explanation). Desk attendants were efficient enough but I wouldn’t categorize them as either warm or welcoming. The beds were, as always, amazing. Getting quickly ready for an early morning departure was almost impossible. Nearly all the toiletries were empty and the kicker was the blow dryer that blew only cold air. Most of these issues have to do with attention to detail but doubtful I’d choose to stay here again."
