"Checkin was a disaster. After waiting until 4:30, along with others waiting in the lobby, we were finally given a room. After lugging our luggage up we found the room to be dirty and not cleaned. Back down to the desk with our luggage. Mike at the front desk was working as hard as he could for the growing group of customers waiting for a room. He assigned us a different room that had been cleaned. Other than checkin the stay was the usual fine service we expect and receive."
