"I had a great experience at Four Points by Sheraton New York Downtown—this was actually our second stay here, and it did not disappoint. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and maintenance was very attentive when needed. Housekeeping came daily and kept everything clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated that they held our bags in a secure, locked room after checkout. The area is quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day in the city. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Mold on bathroom grout, chipped paint and holes in woodwork. NO amenities at all, not even plastic cups. No ice bucket. For two, only receive 2 bath and l handtowel, no washcloths. AC in first room didn't work 1x2 foot hole in the drywall, and front desk very reluctant to give me a new room. Bed comfortable and nice shower. There is NO WAY this is a 4 star property, maybe 1.5 stars."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, administering to all our requests happily. After the end of our one night stay, my son and I wanted to go on a ferry around the New York coast to see the statue of liberty. The tour ended at one so it meant we could only get back to check out at one thirty, and the staff did not charge us extra. Also, we needed to go to the Greyhound bus terminal and had lots of heavy luggage, and one of the staff gladly helped carry some of our luggage. He also...

"My wife and I stayed for 3 nights, we were trying out a new hotel as we visit the UWS frequently. The desk staff was very helpful and friendly, the housekeeping even more so. The room was pretty dated, and our sheets were literally torn and fraying everywhere which was really surprising for the cost and 4 star rating. Gym was tiny.
